Age Bias Wasn't Factor In Deputy AG's Firing, NJ Court Says

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 6:44 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Thursday backed the dismissal of a deputy attorney general's age discrimination suit against the state over a broader reduction-in-force at the Division of Law, agreeing that she failed to show her termination was the product of bias.
