Fed. Circ. Won't Rule On Nonfinal Sanctions Order In IP Feud

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 9:37 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday tossed an appeal of a sanctions order against an inventor who sued Citrix Systems Inc. over a remote computer access technology patent, saying previous rulings prevented it from addressing a nonfinal order even if it is related to a final order.
