Fed. Circ. Reverses $4M Takings Award Over Water Rights

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 4:42 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday vacated a $4.2 million damages award to the estates of Nevada ranch owners over an alleged government taking of property rights, ruling that the federal government acted appropriately in regulating water activities on the land.
