EPA Won't Ban Pesticide Blamed For Widespread Bee Deaths

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 6:36 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has denied an emergency petition seeking to immediately suspend use of an insecticide that environmental advocacy groups say is linked to massive bee die-offs, according to a notice to be published Friday in the Federal Register.
