Enviros Target Consol In Latest Selenium Pollution Suit

Law360, New York (July 30, 2012, 5:38 PM EDT) -- In their latest effort to tackle alleged selenium pollution from mining operations, the Sierra Club and two local environmental groups lodged a Clean Water Act suit against a Consol Energy Inc. affiliate in West Virginia federal court on Thursday.
