South Africa Works Kinks Out Of Leniency Program

Law360, New York (October 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In the hopes of enticing cartel members to come forward, South Africa's Competition Commission has followed the lead of other major regulators worldwide and proposed steps to codify and fortify its policy offering leniency to companies that rat out co-conspirators.
