Patent Appeals Failing In Wake Of Bilski, Panel Says

Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 9:04 PM EDT) -- Appeals of patent applications to the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences in the years following the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Bilski are not meeting with much success, as most result in an upheld decision, attorneys said Wednesday.
