Green Groups Accuse NC Pig Co. Of Illegal Waste Dumping

Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 6:41 PM EDT) -- Three environmental groups on Friday sued Taylor Finishing Inc. in North Carolina federal court alleging the concentrated animal feeding operation illegally dumped pig waste and pollutants near the coastal plain of the Neuse River Basin, endangering public health and violating federal environmental laws.
