Bankruptcy Judge Approves Dewey's Employee Bonus Plan

Law360, New York (July 30, 2012, 1:57 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Monday partially granted a request by collapsed law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP to pay out bonuses to its remaining employees under key employee retention and incentive plans.
