ConAgra To Drop $265M On Unilever Frozen Foods Unit

Law360, New York (July 30, 2012, 4:36 PM EDT) -- Omaha, Neb.-based ConAgra Foods Inc. will shell out $265 million to acquire London-based consumer goods giant Unilever PLC’s North American frozen meals business known for meals sold under the Bertolli and P.F. Chang’s brands, the companies said Monday.
