Judge Sides With Dentsply In Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (October 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Dental products supplier Dentsply International Inc. has won its bid to toss claims that it conspired to monopolize the U.S. market for artificial teeth in a long-running antitrust case.

In siding with the country's leading fake-teeth provider, Judge Sue Robinson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware also dismissed a separate motion by a dental laboratory for summary judgment.
