MPI Wins Atty Fees In Loparex's Failed Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (July 31, 2012, 3:13 PM EDT) -- An Indiana federal judge on Friday ordered silicone release liner maker Loparex LLC to pay attorneys' fees to rival MPI Release LLC after failing to show MPI and two former Loparex employees stole trade secrets.
