NLRB Broadens Striker Replacement Options

Law360 (October 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board has junked a long-standing precedent for gauging whether workers hired to replace strikers were hired as permanent replacements, and has thereby made it easier for employers to refuse to let strikers keep their jobs.
