Offshore Well Blowout Test Leaves Industry Breathing Easier

Law360, New York (July 31, 2012, 7:17 PM EDT) -- Offshore regulators on Monday deemed their first-ever test deployment of new blowout control equipment a success, leaving industry groups confident that they’re satisfying safety and oil spill response standards issued in the wake of the Deepwater Horizon disaster.
