Law360, New York (July 31, 2012, 6:59 PM EDT) -- Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC sat too long on Credit Suisse Group AG investment bankers' guilty pleas and other new evidence to revive its allegations that Credit Suisse oversold the benefits of restructuring a $40 million investment, a New York state judge ruled Tuesday.
