Fed. Circ. Sends Raytheon’s Trade Secrets Claims To Jury

Law360, New York (August 1, 2012, 7:08 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday reinstated Raytheon Co.'s trade secrets misappropriation claims in a lawsuit accusing rival defense contractor Indigo Systems Corp. of poaching employees who took confidential information with them, saying a jury should decide whether the claims are time barred.
