DOL Updates Guidance On Fee Disclosure Rules

Law360, New York (August 1, 2012, 4:37 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Labor on Monday updated the guidance on its new retirement plan fee disclosure rules, backing off a controversial requirement for plan sponsors involving the monitoring of investments in brokerage windows.
