Global Power Trustee Fights Bid To Hire 2nd Agent

Law360, New York (October 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Trustee overseeing Global Power Equipment Group Inc.’s bankruptcy case lashed out at the power-plant equipment manufacturer’s bid to retain Financial Balloting Group LLC as its balloting and solicitation agent, claiming that the company has not justified the need for such a move.
