EEOC Undeterred By Recent Court Losses, Counsel Says

Law360, New York (August 1, 2012, 10:22 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's recent losses in cases against employers like CRST Van Expedited Inc. have caused critics to question the commission's litigation tactics, but such losses aren't going to lead to major changes, EEOC general counsel P. David Lopez told Law360 on Wednesday.
