Duke Energy In Settlement Talks With NC Regulators

Law360, New York (August 2, 2012, 2:00 PM EDT) -- Duke Energy Corp. has begun negotiations with the North Carolina Utilities Commission over a possible settlement over issues stemming from its unexpected CEO switch last month after merging with Progress Energy Inc., current CEO Jim Rogers announced Thursday.
