Sunoco, Others Face Toxic Tort Suit Over Benzene Exposure

Law360, New York (August 2, 2012, 2:21 PM EDT) -- Sunoco Inc. and a range of other companies connected with the production and sale of benzene-containing solvents were slammed Wednesday with a toxic tort suit, alleging that longtime exposure to the solvents caused a print shop employee to contract leukemia, which led to his death.
