Study Defends SEC Revolving Door, But Attys Aren't Convinced

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 4:06 PM EDT) -- A recent study suggests that the tendency for lawyers to bounce between the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the private sector doesn't lead to lax enforcement, but some former agency attorneys were skeptical about the conclusion and questioned whether the true impact of the SEC's proverbial revolving door can even be measured.
