BNY Appeals Fight Over $8M Claim In Hospital Bankruptcy

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 9:37 PM EDT) -- BNY Mellon Trust Co., an indenture trustee representing bondholders owed money for a $36 million renovation project at a suburban Philadelphia hospital, asked a federal judge on Friday to overturn a bankruptcy court’s decision shooting down a disputed $8.1 million payment to the creditors.
