MasterCard Takes Card Fee Appeal To EU's Highest Court

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 3:57 PM EDT) -- MasterCard Inc. has continued its efforts to overturn a 5-year-old European Commission decision banning its interchange fees as anti-competitive, appealing that ruling to the European Union's highest court, a company spokesman told Law360 on Monday.
