Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 6:43 PM EDT) -- An East Cleveland, Ohio, city council deputy clerk who worked for months before being paid due to a rift between the council and the former mayor was a “legislative employee” not covered by federal and state minimum wage and overtime law, the Sixth Circuit said Monday.
