Manufacturer Can't Shake NuAire's Incubator Recall Case

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 6:23 PM EDT) -- A Minnesota federal judge found Monday that lab equipment maker NuAire Inc. had sufficiently claimed that certain door catches Merrill Manufacturing Corp. sold it were not made of stainless steel as per an agreement and led to a recall of NuAire incubators with allegedly defective door catches.
