Ore. Landowners Move To Block LNG Export Project

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 4:31 PM EDT) -- A group of Oregon landowners filed a motion Saturday with the U.S. Department of Energy to block construction of a proposed natural gas export terminal and pipeline development, claiming it would harm local residents and raise U.S. gas prices.
