Marathon Price-Gouging Suit Sent Back To Ky.

Law360 (October 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An $89 million lawsuit brought by Kentucky’s attorney general against Marathon Oil Corp. will go back to state court after a judge dismissed a bid by the energy company to defend itself in a federal venue.
