CIT Says US Can't Seek Penalties In Nitek Import Case

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 1:26 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Court of International Trade judge on Tuesday declined to review a previous decision to throw out the U.S. government's attempt to impose penalties on Nitek Electronics Inc. related to the company's alleged evasion of duties on gas meter products imported from China.
