Plan For RI Offshore Wind Line Advances Without Competitors

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 8:45 PM EDT) -- A nine-mile transmission line between a planned coastal wind farm and the Rhode Island coastline jumped a major hurdle in its review process after developers indicated they weren't planning to build competing transmission facilities in the same stretch, federal offshore regulators said Tuesday.
