Dura Wins Support From Court, Creditors

Law360 (October 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- There's light at the end of the Chapter 11 tunnel for Dura Automotive Systems Inc. now that the bankruptcy court overseeing its disclosure statement and its unsecured creditors committee have thrown their weight behind the company's reorganization plan.
