ITC To Probe Tech Tariff Reductions' Impact On US Imports

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 6:19 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Wednesday that it will examine the effects of expanding a group of information and communications technology goods that enjoy reduced tariff status in anticipation of negotiations next month seeking to do just that.
