GE Didn't Warn Patients Of MRI Drug's Risks: Suits

Law360 (October 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Litigation continues to pile up against General Electric Co. over its allegedly toxic Omniscan, an injectable contrast agent used in magnetic resonance imaging, with an Arkansas man filing the most recent suit in federal court and his firm now readying three similar suits on behalf of other clients.
