Accused Pa. High Court Judge Seeks Separate Trial From Sister

Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 3:28 PM EDT) -- Suspended Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Joan Orie Melvin requested Wednesday that her prosecution over charges that she used her staff to work on her re-election campaigns be kept separate from the one facing her sister, who was charged with participating in the alleged scheme.
