11th Circ. Upholds Sentences For Insurance Scammers

Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 7:11 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Friday upheld the convictions of two Texas insurance scammers who were involved in a massive scheme to sell sham insurance policies through offshore companies and con investors out of at least $50 million, finding that the government provided substantial evidence of guilt.
