Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 7:26 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday refused to force regulators to decide on a customs broker's protests over the valuation of softwood lumber imports, finding that the broker had pursued its suit before the U.S. Court of International Trade through the wrong procedural channels.
