Rudolph Ordered To Pay $39M In Semiconductor Patent Fight

Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 8:03 PM EDT) -- An Arizona federal court on Friday granted Integrated Technology Corp. more than $39 million after the court and a jury found that precision testing systems Rudolph Technologies Inc. sold to semiconductor manufacturers infringed an ITC patent.

U.S. District Judge Roslyn O. Silver had already issued a permanent injunction on July 23 barring Rudolph from selling its PRVX and ProbeWoRx probe card test systems, and on Friday, she outlined the damages related to those products' alleged infringement of ITC's patent.
