Exxon Mobil Permitting Delays Must End, Alaska Gov. Says

Law360, New York (August 13, 2012, 4:00 PM EDT) -- Alaska Gov. Sean Parnell on Saturday urged the U.S. Department of the Interior to speed up permitting for Exxon Mobil Corp.’s project in the state’s largest undeveloped natural gas field, saying repeated delays by federal agencies threatened critical energy production.
