Ford, Dealer Can't Shake $9M Brake Failure Verdict

Law360, Philadelphia (August 13, 2012, 3:22 PM EDT) -- Pennsylvania's highest court on Wednesday declined to hear an appeal of an $8.75 million jury verdict against Ford Motor Co. and a Pittsburgh Ford dealership, likely ending the companies' efforts to shake responsibility in a product liability suit stemming from a 2004 death.
