USPTO Unveils Final Rules For New AIA Procedures

Law360, New York (August 13, 2012, 7:49 PM EDT) -- The more than 1,000 pages of final rules for new procedures established by the America Invents Act published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on Monday include provisions to streamline the requirements for filing supplemental examinations and allow people other than an inventor to be considered a patent applicant.
