Law360, New York (August 13, 2012, 9:43 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge granted a motion Monday by TSIC Inc., formerly the Sharper Image, for procedures for dismissing its Chapter 11 case and the disallowance of claims by a class of consumers who owned gift cards the retailer issued before going under.
