EU To Probe Indian Stainless Steel Wire Over Dumping Claims

Law360, New York (August 13, 2012, 8:28 PM EDT) -- The European Commission has launched an investigation into imports of Indian stainless steel wire after receiving a complaint by the European Confederation of Iron and Steel Industries, or Eurofer, alleging that such products are being dumped in the European Union, the EC said Friday.
