Pa. Court Orders Recalculation Of Coal Co.'s $90M Award

Law360, Philadelphia (August 14, 2012, 6:02 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court on Monday upheld a trial court decision finding that unforeseen circumstances did not excuse Wolf Run Mining Co. from breaking a contract to supply Allegheny Energy Supply Co. with coal, but the court did order a recalculation of a $90 million award for future damages.
