House GOP Calls On HHS To Address Inappropriate Lobbying

Law360, Washington (August 14, 2012, 2:29 PM EDT) -- GOP House committee leaders on Monday accused the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services of ignoring concerns that it may have encouraged federal health grant recipients to illegally lobby for preventative health initiatives with funds stemming from the stimulus bill and health care reform law.
