Goodwin Procter Brings Former ITC Atty Into IP Group

Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 3:06 PM EDT) -- Goodwin Procter LLP has added a former investigative attorney with the U.S. International Trade Commission to its intellectual property litigation practice in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday. 

Kecia Reynolds, who worked for the ITC's Office of Unfair Import Investigations for more than five years, joined Goodwin Procter as a partner in the firm’s patent litigation group. With her background at the ITC, Reynolds will focus her practice on representing clients involved in Section 337 proceedings, the firm said.
