Chevron, Exxon Urge Pricing Overhaul On Kinder Gas Pipeline

Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 7:48 PM EDT) -- Several natural gas shippers, including Chevron USA Inc. and Exxon Mobil Corp., urged federal regulators Monday to force Kinder Morgan Inc. to overhaul pricing policies on the Rockies Express Pipeline, saying the company is poised to wrongly avoid making payments for its own shortcomings.
