Divulging Red Light Records OK Under DPPA, Judge Says

Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 6:31 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal court ruled Monday that the federal Driver’s Privacy Protection Act does not prohibit a city from disclosing records of red-light violation notices in response to a public request.
