Tea Co. Drops Suit Over Twinings' Use Of 'Bedtime' Mark

Law360, New York (August 15, 2012, 12:31 PM EDT) -- An Oregon federal court dismissed a trademark infringement suit against R. Twining and Co. Ltd. on Tuesday after East West Tea Co. LLC  dropped its claim that the British tea giant couldn't use the the term “bedtime” on its products.
