Arbitrator Disclosure Unnecessary In Nemecek Case: Court

Law360, San Diego (August 15, 2012, 11:34 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court recently upheld that the arbitrator overseeing a dispute alleging Nemecek & Cole mishandled a real estate attorney’s fight with former clients was not required to disclose his employment with a law firm or that he was a member of the same bar association as the head of Nemecek’s appellate department.
