Greenberg's $24M Capital Call Affects 900 Partners

Law360, New York (August 16, 2012, 10:10 PM EDT) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP's recently announced $24 million capital call will come from about 900 partners, a firm spokeswoman said Thursday.

A Greenberg spokeswoman confirmed that the capital call, announced Aug. 7, would be divided among 900 shareholders over the course of two years. The equity partners are being asked to contribute 1 to 5 percent of their salaries.
